Threading is an ancient art of hair removal that originated in Asia. It is far more gentle on skin and more precise than any waxing methods. It is done with the use of a piece of cotton that is twisted, then rolled over the area of the unwanted hair – plucking the hair at the follicle level, unlike tweezing where single hairs are pulled out one at a time.

Before and after your treatment
If you have any medical conditions, allergies or skin conditions likely to affect the treatment, please inform the therapist and they will be able to carry out a patch test for you. After treatment you may experience some redness and/or soreness. If this happens apply Aloe Vera gel to soothe the affected area. Avoid excessive rubbing of the area threaded, sun beds, chlorine or application of perfumed cosmetics.
