• The competition is open from 10:00 am Monday 2 December to 4:30pm Sunday 21 December 2024.
• Only entries that have received via the website or shared on our Lakeside Village social media using #LVPolarBear will be in with a chance to win.
• One winning picture will be chosen at random and will each receive:
  1. A family ticket to Yorkshire Wildlife Park’s Winter Illuminations Around the World in 80 Days.
• The winner will be drawn at random (from all the pictures supplied) and will be contacted immediately via Social Media or email. The winner must then contact Lakeside Village to claim their Prize within 24 hours of the date and time of the initial announcement. Only the winners will be contacted personally on the details that they provide at entry. Entrants must ensure that the details that they provide at entry are accurate. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If they cannot be contacted, fail to respond or if a Prize remains unclaimed in the time frame stated above (or there is a failure to meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise the winners are unable to comply with the terms and conditions), the Prize shall be forfeited, and Lakeside Village reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to the next entrant selected at random. Lakeside Village may repeat this process until such time as the Prize is claimed within the relevant period.
• There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred.
• Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 18 or over. Using false details will result in disqualification.
• This offer is not open to employees or contractors of stores located at Lakeside Village or Multi-Realm Ltd, any person directly or indirectly involved with stores located at Lakeside Village or Multi-Realm Ltd or the running of the offer or their direct family members.
• Lakeside Village reserves the right to cancel or change this offer at any stage, if circumstances change that are beyond its reasonable control.
• Lakeside Village’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner may be required to participate in publicity and the prize draw may appear in other promotional materials.
