Are you ready to make a splash this summer? Aquapark Doncaster will be open from Saturday 25 May for half term and then open every weekend until the summer holidays when daily sessions are available.

Based at Hatfield Outdoor activity centre in Doncaster the aquapark is just one of the water-based fun activities on offer.

There are also open water swimming sessions (available now) not for the faint hearted! As well as kayaking, canoeing and raft building sessions.

Aquapark Doncaster

This exciting outdoor activity is nestled on the lake at Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre, just a 20-minute drive from the centre of Doncaster.

What activities can you take part in?

There are a wide range of activities from canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding and even open water swimming at the centre, run by Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust (DCLT).

Boat and craft hire is also available, including a katakanu family canoe, large enough for six people. 

Why visit Aquapark Doncaster?

This fun water attraction, which challenges visitors to slide, climb and make a splash on an obstacle course featuring climbing walls, slides, runways, and a giant blast bag, is a firm favourite with family and friend groups, it is a fantastic way to celebrate a summer birthday or for a group of friends to make a real splash!

The Aquapark opens from 10am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays and will be open daily for the summer season from Wednesday July 24.

Michele Parnham, general manager of Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre, said:

“Children, young people and families all love the aquapark and we are really looking forward to welcoming people back to the attraction from May. With the weather getting warmer, this is a great opportunity to get out on the lake and enjoy a unique family experience on the edge of Doncaster.”

Sessions for Aquapark last 60 minutes including a 10-minute compulsory safety briefing. The price is £19 when booked online in advance and £20 for on-site bookings on the day.

Participants must be over the age of seven, able to swim and a height of at least 122cm. Children aged seven to nine must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Free on-site parking is available.

Want to make more of your visit? Then why not stay over. Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre has a family friendly a campsite with spacious all-electric pitches and an on-site shop, café bar and laundrette.

Visitors can enjoy a mini break, with a two-night minimum stay, and responsible dog owners are welcome.

The town of Hatfield is just a 10-minute walk away where you’ll find a mini-market, bakery, restaurants and pubs.
