As Summer comes to an end and the nights become cooler, look no further Costa Coffee have launched their Autumn menu for this year with some new delicious food and drinks and some familiar ones with the return of the Maple Hazel range, as well as tasty toasties and sweet treats. Which one will you be trying first?
Maple Hazel Range;
- Maple Hazel Latte and the Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate -includes roasted hazelnut flavoured syrup and maple flavoured sauce, topped with Light Whip and sprinkles of crunchy biscuit.
- Maple Hazel Iced Latte – made with chilled milk over ice with fresh Espresso, includes roasted hazelnut flavour syrup, maple flavoured sauce, and is topped with Light Whip and crunchy biscuit.
- Maple Hazel Frappé (new) – includes roasted hazelnut flavoured syrup and maple flavoured sauce, with Light Whip and crunchy biscuit. Only available via the Costa Club app.
Toastie;
- Hog Roast Toastie – hickory pulled pork with spiced apple glaze and caramelised onion chutney, finished with sage and garlic stuffing and melted oak-smoked cheddar, topped with a cheesy garlic and herb bloomer bread that’s toasted to perfection.
- Nacho Chilli Cheese and Chicken Toastie – British roast chicken, fiery Mexicana® cheese, spicy jalapeños, drizzled with gooey cheese sauce and served on cheese and tortilla chip topped bloomer bread.
Sweet Treats;
- Maple Hazelnut Muffin – filled with maple sauce and topped with icing and a cocoa confectionery decoration in the shape of a leaf.
- Maple Hazelnut Blondie – a blondie base, with a maple flavour and nutty hazelnuts. Finished with a topping made from white chocolate, maple syrup and edible decorations.
- Apple and Blackberry Loaf Cake – loaded with juicy apples and blackberries, sprinkled with a crunchy crumble, and finished with a drizzle of pretty pink fondant.
- Chocolate and Salted Caramel Cake – a layered chocolate sponge, filled with salted caramel and chocolate frostings, topped with dark chocolate curls, fudge pieces, and drizzled with extra caramel.
- Loaded Flapjack – a golden, buttery flapjack loaded with cranberries, sultanas, almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, finished with a sweet yoghurt drizzle.
- Iced Pumpkin Gingerbread Biscuit – a gingerbread biscuit decorated with coloured fondant icing.
Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning;
- The Macmillan Chocolate Muffin – filled with a sweet chocolate sauce and topped with frosting and finished with milk and white chocolate buttons.
- Macmillan Carrot and Walnut Cake – made from walnuts, fruits, and spices, and topped with a layer of cream cheese icing and decorated with coloured sugar sprinkles.
- Macmillan Iced Shortcake Biscuit – decorated with coloured fondant icing.
When purchasing a slice of Carrot Cake, the Chocolate Muffin, or an Iced Shortcake Biscuit, 20p** will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support – which can make a huge difference to those affected by cancer and supported by Macmillan.
