Customer announcement: May 2021

Following the latest government announcement, we are pleased to confirm that our food and beverage outlets will be welcoming customers back inside from May 17.
It has been great to welcome customers back to Lakeside Village over the past few weeks and we know how much you’ve enjoyed visiting the stores, but the great British weather has meant that having a drink and a bite to eat outside has not always been possible.
The health and wellbeing of everyone who works at and visits Lakeside remains our top priority and so, all the #ShopSafe measure we put in place after the first lockdown will remain and must be followed in the food outlets.
This includes social distancing measures, hand sanitiser stations across the centre, frequent cleaning of all public areas and mandatory face coverings in all indoor areas too.
We can’t wait to see you all enjoying a coffee and a cake or a tea and a sandwich indoors again. It’s been an incredibly difficult year for us all but together, we’re getting through. Thank you for your continued loyalty and support.
