Prize Details:
One winner will receive a Clarks voucher to spend on a maximum of four (4) pairs of Clarks Kids shoes at Clarks Outlet or Factory stores only.
The Prize will be delivered by post to the Winner’s selected delivery address communicated to Clarks on notification of becoming the Winner. To redeem the Prize, the Winner will be required to provide Clarks with a preferred postal address. The Prize will be posted to the Winner’s delivery address within two (2) days of notification of winning the Prize Draw. Lost Prizes cannot be replaced and Clarks will not accept any liability for any lost Prizes once posted to the Winner.
Terms and Conditions
- The competition is open from 25 July to 2 September 2019
- Entrants must be residents of the UK or Republic of Ireland and aged 18 or over. Using false details will result in disqualification
- This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of stores located at Lakeside Village or Realm Ltd, any person directly or indirectly involved with stores located at Lakeside Village or Realm Ltd or the running of the prize draw or their direct family members.
- Winners will be randomly selected from the entrants on Wednesday 4 September and will be contacted immediately on the email address or telephone number provided. The winner must then contact Lakeside Village to claim their Prize within 5 days of the date and time of the email sent or the phone call. Only the winner will be contacted personally on the details that they provide at entry. Entrants must ensure that the details that they provide at entry are accurate and legible. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If they cannot be contacted, fail to respond or if a Prize remains unclaimed in the time frame stated above (or there is a failure to meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise the winners are unable to comply with the terms and conditions), the Prize shall be forfeited and Lakeside Village reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to the next entrant selected at random. Lakeside Village may repeat this process until such time as the Prize is claimed within the relevant period.
- The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted.
- Lakeside Village reserves the right to cancel or change this prize draw at any stage, if circumstances change that are beyond its reasonable control.
- Lakeside Village’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner may be required to participate in publicity and the prize draw may appear in other promotional materials.
- When entering any competition, we will ask you for your consent to allow Lakeside Village to keep in contact about other promotions, offers and news. You are under no obligation to consent and this in no way affects your eligibility to still enter the competition. - Lakeside Village will not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense or failure to perform any contractual obligation which is due to any event or circumstances which is beyond the reasonable control of Lakeside Village or which Lakeside Village could not foresee or avoid.
