In the first of our Store Spotlight features, we chat to Gareth Maher, store manager at Suit Direct.
Hi Gareth, tell us a bit about yourself and how long you’ve worked at Suit Direct Lakeside Village?
I’ve worked at the store for four years now and I have a great team around me, made up of six members of staff: Sarah, Kel, Helen, Nat and Joe.
We love what we do, we’re all really passionate about helping our customers pick out the ideal suit for any occasion.
Tell us what Suit Direct has to offer customers here at Lakeside Village?
Suit Direct has the most in depth range of suits in Doncaster, we offer everything from a formal tuxedo to hire through to a more contemporary, fitted suit for a school prom, a wedding or just a night out.
We provide a really personal service for our customers, ensuring their suit fits perfectly, no matter what shape or size you are. We’ve got something for everyone.
What do you like most about Lakeside Village?
The people!
Suit Direct has been here at Lakeside Village for more than 20 years now, ever since the site became an outlet shopping centre.
We have a loyal following of people who come to us for a huge range of occasions, and they’re all lovely, friendly folk so it’s a pleasure to work here.
Also, being located in Doncaster, we’ve got some great events that we work around, such as the St Leger Festival at Doncaster Racecourse.
People here know us well and know that they’ll get great service and a great suit when they come to visit us.
