P/T key holders

Job Description – P/T keyholders 16-24 hour contract (6 Month Temp contract)

We are looking for a reliable, experienced store Key Holder in our POP up Store

The successful applicant will have had previous retail store experience.

You will have the following skills:-

  • Ability to assist in everyday retail operations.
  • An effective communicator and strong team player
  • If part time you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • A flair for merchandising and a passion for the brand.
  • Ability to supervise store in the absence of both the manager and assistant manager.
  • Confidence in cash handling procedures

Summary of main purpose of the role:-

  • The Key Holder is responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty, or unavailable on the floor. The Key Holder will, in the absence of manager/ deputy manager, supervise all employees and oversee sales, merchandising, customer service and all operational functions in the absence of store management.

Experience Level

  • Previously an experienced sales advisor /Key holder or equivalent in a customer focused retail environment. Clothing retail experience preferred but not essential.
  • This also includes being able to work weekends and evenings.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary (6 month contract)

Salary: From £9.62 per hour

P/T Sales Assistants  

We require a 10-20 hour per week sales advisors this is a temporary (6 month contract ).It will be to work various shifts (Some flexibility may be required during busy periods) including working at weekends

You will have the following skills:-

  • A good communicator with a friendly, confident personality
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • An awareness of the importance of in store merchandising and housekeeping.

Summary of main purpose of the role:-

  • To serve and advise customers, making their shopping experience enjoyable and ensuring they leave the store with a good impression of the Brand.

Experience Level

  • A high standard of literacy required.

Main Duties/responsibilities:-

  • Stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales area
  • Approaching and advising customers
  • Interacting with team members
  • Processing till payments of various kinds
  • Carry out daily tasks assigned by store manager

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Salary:  £9.50 per hour
