A Yorkshire retailer specialising in clothes for the “true” outdoors has expanded into a larger space at Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping.
TOG24, a family business that began in West Yorkshire in 1958, is upsizing to the 1,895 sq ft unit which previously housed Ben Sherman.
The store offers high-quality clothing and accessories proudly designed in Yorkshire “to withstand all of the elements”.
There is something for the whole family, from “proper wellies” and waterproof jackets to cosy fleeces and stylish skiwear.
Based in the Spen Valley town of Heckmondwike, TOG24 has more than 60 outlets across Britain and Ireland. The company was originally founded by Donald Ward and is now run by his sons and grandsons.
Di Rodgers, centre manager at Lakeside Village, said: “We’re thrilled to see a proud Yorkshire brand like TOG24 expanding at Lakeside Village.
“Retailers have had an incredibly tough time recently so it’s tremendously heartening to see there is growing demand for TOG24’s quality clothing from customers who love the great outdoors.”
