Our soft play area is getting a makeover!

If you’re visiting Lakeside Village this week you may notice change is underway as we breathe new life into the centre’s popular soft play area.
 
Located in the lobby next to Ernest Jones, our Cheeky Monkeys play area is a firm favourite with families and so, as part of our ongoing work to improve the appearance and facilities on offer here at Lakeside Village, we’re installing a brand new indoor play area for our younger customers to enjoy.
 
However, the old one isn’t going to waste. After a huge response from the general public to our call to find the play equipment a worthy new home, it’s off to the Parent Activity Team at Edlington Hilltop Centre.
 
Work to remove the old soft play area begins today (Monday 4 September) and is expected to take around a week, before the new facilities are installed from the 11 September.
 
We’re working hard to minimise disruption to our shoppers during this time and we apologise for any inconvenience caused while the makeover gets underway.
